Reflecting on a Special Career: Jake Urys
Currently Jake Urys is a Junior here at MCA but he has just completed his third consecutive Varsity record breaking season as a part of the Cross Country team.
9th Grade
WAC All Star – 5th Place Sectional Finish – 24th Place States Finish
10th Grade
WAC All Star – Sectional Champion – 17th Place States Finish
11th Grade
WAC All Star – 4th Place Sectional Finish – 8th Place States Finish
Jake holds the all time school best at several courses including Bob’s Tree Farm, Fort Plain, Collins Park, and Saratoga Park.
He also wins a high percentage of his races and Coach Foster anticipates jake will win an invitational event next season!!
