International Students

Mekeel’s International Student Program (ISP) began in September of 2013 with the goal of increasing diversity in the Academy and touching the lives of students across the world.  Since the program's inception, students from China, Spain, Nigeria, Poland, and Brazil have attended Mekeel.  Mekeel’s ISP students stay in dorms designed specifically to provide them with a safe, comfortable, and loving environment in which to thrive, or they stay in homes with families carefully selected to meet the students’ social and emotional needs.  We communicate regularly with ISP students’ parents, sending academic and personal updates including highlights from the fun trips and activities in which the students participate.
